1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by IReveal Solutions LLC ("IReveal Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") and any services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging us for Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

2. Description of Services

IReveal Solutions LLC provides business technology services, including but not limited to: business software setup and configuration, CRM setup and configuration, business process automation, customer communication automation, appointment scheduling system setup, lead management system setup, and related consulting and support services (collectively, the "Services"). Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined separately in a proposal, invoice, or written service agreement.

3. Service Agreements & Engagements

Before any paid work begins, IReveal Solutions LLC will provide a description of the scope of work, estimated timeline, and applicable fees, whether in the form of a proposal, invoice, order form, or written agreement (a "Service Agreement"). These Terms apply to every engagement in addition to the specific terms of the applicable Service Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms of a signed Service Agreement will govern.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees for Services will be disclosed to you in writing prior to the start of work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt or according to the payment schedule stated in the applicable Service Agreement. Payment processing functionality is not currently enabled on this website; payment terms and methods will be arranged directly with clients as part of the engagement process.

5. Refund & Dispute Policy

5.1 Refunds

• Fees, scope, and payment terms for each engagement are confirmed in writing before any billable work begins.
• If you request a refund before any work has started, the request will be honored in full.
• If you request a refund after work has started but before it is completed, we will refund the portion of fees attributable to work not yet performed, at our reasonable determination.
• Once a specific piece of setup, configuration, or automation work has been completed and delivered, fees for that completed work are non-refundable, except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
• Refund requests should be submitted in writing to admin@irevealsls.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond to refund requests within a reasonable time.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used, within a reasonable processing time.

5.2 Disputes & Chargebacks

• If you have a concern about a charge, invoice, or the quality or delivery of Services, please contact us first at admin@irevealsls.com or 1-385-330-2217 so we can work with you directly to resolve the issue.
• We ask that clients raise concerns with us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or card issuer, so that we have a fair opportunity to review and resolve the matter.
• We will make reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve any dispute promptly and in good faith.
• Nothing in this section limits any right you may otherwise have under applicable law to dispute a charge with your financial institution.

6. Client Responsibilities

To perform Services effectively, we may require timely access to accounts, information, or personnel from your business. Delays in providing necessary access or information may affect project timelines. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate administrative control over, and credentials for, your own business software accounts.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services often involve configuring third-party software platforms (such as CRM, scheduling, or communication tools) that you select or that we recommend. IReveal Solutions LLC is not the operator of those third-party platforms and is not responsible for their pricing, availability, functionality, security, or terms of service. Any subscription or license fees charged directly by third-party platforms are separate from our Service fees.

8. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to use this website in any way that violates applicable law, attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interferes with the proper functioning of the Site.

9. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and branding of this website are the property of IReveal Solutions LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent, except as necessary to view the Site for its intended purpose. Any documentation, workflows, or configurations we create as part of a Service engagement will be addressed in the applicable Service Agreement.

10. Disclaimers

Our Services involve configuring third-party software; we do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability, security, or performance of any third-party platform. The Site and general information provided on it are offered "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly set out in a signed Service Agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IReveal Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific engagement will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to IReveal Solutions LLC for the Services giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement as described in the applicable Service Agreement. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable, and the refund terms in Section 5 apply to any unearned, prepaid fees.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which IReveal Solutions LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by a specific Service Agreement or applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
